Shaping a Modern Enterprise Experience for DCON
Website
As part of a UX/UI design collaboration with DCON GmbH, my role was to rebuild the website’s interface to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. Working closely with DCON’s internal UX team, the project combined internal insights with an external design perspective.
The goal was a modern, minimalist design with subtle Apple-inspired aesthetics reflecting DCON’s innovative Servity platform. Key improvements included optimized user flows, enhanced accessibility, responsive design, and thoughtful interactions, resulting in a clean, engaging interface that reinforces DCON’s position as a leading enterprise service management provider.
Problem Statement
User feedback and analysis revealed key issues, including poor contrast, low visual engagement, limited visibility of the main product Servity, an unclear homepage structure, and broken or overly complex interactions. Overall, the outdated design harmed the user experience.

From challenges to a clear, scalable structure
I began with a discovery session to understand DCON’s goals, pain points, and vision for their website. Based on this, I developed a clear site architecture and user flows that considered both external users and internal stakeholders. We prioritized key content for launch highlighting the Servity platform and company expertise while designing a structure flexible enough to support future features and growth.
