Shaping DCON’s Enterprise Experience

OVERVIEW

DCON GmbH is a technology and consulting company focused on enterprise service management and IT service process automation, with Servity as their core platform.

On the previous website, Servity and key consulting services were not clearly presented, which made the full scope of their offering and enterprise expertise harder to grasp at a glance. The redesign improved clarity and structure, better integrating Servity and the service portfolio into a cohesive, more understandable experience.

PROBLEM SPACE

An outdated interface was holding the experience back.

User research surfaced clear issues: poor contrast, low visual engagement, and limited visibility for the core product, Servity. The homepage structure was unclear, and several interactions were broken or overly complex. The outdated design held the experience back.

THE APPROACH

From challenges to a clear, scalable structure.

I started with a discovery session to map DCON’s goals, pain points, and vision. From there I defined a clear site architecture and user flows for both external users and internal stakeholders, prioritizing Servity and company expertise for launch, while keeping the structure flexible for future growth.

THE GOALS

What the redesign needed to achieve.

  • Improve overall usability and accessibility.

  • Create a modern, minimalist interface aligned with the Servity platform.

  • Make the core product, Servity, more visible and clear.

  • Establish a clear homepage structure and intuitive flows.

  • Build a responsive, scalable foundation for future growth.

  • Raise visual engagement while keeping a professional, enterprise tone.

THE SOLUTION

THE SOLUTION

A clean, focused interface built around Servity.

  • Rebuilt the UI with a clean, minimalist visual language inspired by Apple-like aesthetics.

  • Optimized the information architecture and flows to communicate DCON’s value and products clearly.

  • Improved contrast, typography, and spacing for readability and accessibility.

  • Simplified interactions and removed broken or overly complex elements.

  • Put Servity front and center through content prioritization and visual hierarchy.

  • Delivered a responsive design system that stays consistent and scales with future growth.
